These Submission Terms apply when a person submits a collaboration request, portfolio, photographs, videos, links or other material through danieldebre.com or another channel specifically designated for collaboration submissions (“Submission”).

Submissions are accepted only from persons aged 18 or over. By submitting material, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Do not submit material on behalf of another person unless you are authorised to do so.

Submissions are used to evaluate possible photographic, editorial, test-shoot, commercial or other creative collaboration with Daniel Debre. A Submission does not create any right to a reply, meeting, photo shoot, publication, payment, representation or future collaboration.

Information supplied in a Submission must be truthful, accurate and not misleading. You must not misrepresent your identity, age, portfolio, professional experience, authorship, ownership of rights or the circumstances in which submitted material was created.

You may provide portfolio or social-media links and material that you are legally entitled to make available for review. Sending a link or file does not transfer copyright and does not give the Operator an automatic right to publish the material publicly. Where the material was created by another photographer, filmmaker or creator, their rights remain unaffected.

By submitting material, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free right for the period reasonably necessary to receive, store, internally view and technically process the Submission solely for evaluation, communication, record-keeping and protection of legal rights. Any public publication or broader use requires a separate legal basis, permission or agreement.

A Submission may allow you to indicate photographic genres you are willing to consider, such as portrait, fashion, lingerie, swimwear or fine-art nude. Selecting a genre expresses interest only and does not constitute final consent to a specific photo shoot or to publication. Before a collaboration, the intended character of the project, styling, degree of nudity, use of images and other material conditions must be agreed separately. Consent to one photographic genre does not constitute consent to another.

You are not required to submit nude or intimate photographs in order to apply for collaboration. Do not send intimate material that has not been specifically requested or that you are not comfortable sharing for professional review. Any nude, sensual or intimate collaboration must involve only adults and must be based on voluntary and informed agreement regarding the intended scope of the shoot and use of the resulting content.

If a photograph or video in a Submission has been materially generated or altered using artificial intelligence or synthetic-media tools, you must not present it as an unaltered representation of your real appearance or portfolio. Do not submit synthetic or manipulated nude or sexual depictions of another identifiable real person without that person’s specific and legally valid permission.

You may ask us to stop considering an unpublished Submission by contacting [email protected]. This does not require deletion of information that we are legally entitled or required to retain and does not revoke rights separately agreed under an existing contract or release.

Personal data submitted for collaboration is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on danieldebre.com.
